Edge House

The Edge House villa comprises of two core compartments: the main & the subterranean house. The main house hosts the interior living & dining spaces (approx. 120 sq.m.) as well as the master bedroom (30 sq.m.), three suite-style bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms (20 sq.m.) and an extra commons space as a playroom. The subterranean house is an underground house situated at the lower part of the plot with a full sea view and increased privacy level with regards to the communal areas of the main house. It comprises of two ensuite bedrooms with built-in kichenettes and individual terrace areas at the front. The subterranean standard allows for extra-wide & full-height glazing.
